Pan de Lu, the leader of the expert group, presided over the meeting, and the representatives of the co construction unit reported 31 project suggestions in 5 series. Combined with the positioning of Guangdong Provincial Laboratory of southern marine science and Engineering (Guangzhou) and its main scientific issues, the expert group conducted discussions from four aspects: project topic selection, research content, expected results, research basis and team. It is considered that the topic selection and research content of scientific research projects of the laboratory in 2019 are reasonable and meet the requirements, and the research team has a strong foundation, It is expected to achieve world-class expected results, and it is suggested to strengthen the organic connection and division of labor cooperation between core teams in research direction and content during implementation. The expert group unanimously approved the demonstration of "scientific research project of Guangdong Provincial Laboratory of southern marine science and Engineering (Guangzhou) in 2019", and suggested to modify and improve it according to expert opinions, apply for it as soon as possible and start its implementation.
