In response to the application needs of deep-sea observation, detection, and marine Internet of Things (IoT) fields, the platform aims to establish stable, reliable, and efficient marine information technology and equipment support. It will focus on the development of autonomous, controllable long-term in-situ seabed observation, research on the "source-sink" dynamics of seabed methane, in-situ optical deep-sea measurements, reliability evaluation, and sea trial validation. The platform seeks to achieve key technological breakthroughs in "metrology at sea" and create a "dream factory" for the research and development of diverse, high-precision marine electronic information and advanced instrumentation.
