It will establish the foundational conditions for satellite-based, land-sea, and underwater observation, as well as intelligent analysis and decision-making for the "transparent ocean" in the South China Sea's islands, reefs, and key marine areas. The platform emphasizes the development of capabilities in data collection, transmission, integration, and analysis forecasting, enhancing the environmental security assurance in critical marine areas of the South China Sea.
